Refrigerators, Freezers, Stoves, vent hoods, washers, dryers, garbage disposals, microwaves, dishwashers.
Mantels, columns, framed stained glass, fireplaces.
Drywall, full or half sheets. Lumber 6 ft. or longer. Plywood, at least 1/2 sheet.
Sinks, faucets, new toilets.
Kitchen Cabinets, vanities, doors attached. Clean working condition; less than 20 years old.
|Ceiling Fans||Clean, working condition; less than 20 years old.|
Cambria, SileStone, Corian, granite, marble, stone, laminate.
Interior and exterior – wood and metal, bi-fold. Clean, working condition.
Electrical parts, wire (new only), hardware.
|Flooring||New and used wood, new laminate.|
Headboards, dressers, tables, chairs, hutches, armoires, couches.
Knobs, hinges, nails, screws, nuts, bolts, fasteners, and locks with keys.
|Home exterior||New siding, new shingles, new insulation. Clean.
No used gutters or shutters.
New blinds/shades, new shutters, new rugs, framed mirrors.
|HVAC||New air conditions. New Furnaces. New Central Air systems. Residential Only.|
Bricks & Blocks – dirt free and not broken. New Fencing. New edging.
Fixtures, chandeliers, sconces, lamps. Clean, working condition.
Full or unopened cans of latex.
PVC and metal piping 6ft., fixtures, parts and supplies. In clean and usable condition.
Ceramic, slate, porcelain, marble, VCT.
Power Tools and hand tools. Clean working condition.
Double pane windows (less than 10 years old). Complete units with all sashes and frames.
